How do I know that I have an anxiety disorder?

  If you feel like anxiety has taken over you life, that it delegates where you go, when you go, and how long you're there, like it did for me when I was diagnosed, you probably do. If you life is unmanageable due to anxiety, there are steps you can take to eliviate and eliminate it from you life The 12 steps of recovery saved my life. I went from only existing to LIVING and LOVING life. The steps were originally designed for people with problems with alcohol, but they have been altered only slightly in wording for ANY of life's disorders. From drugs, to codependent relationships, to sex, video games, pain managment, gambling, work, ocd, depression and anxiety, over-eating, anorexia, self-harm, and more. The final answer to the 12 steps is to have a spitiual awakening. That means becoming self-aware, sulf-sufficiant, and be willing to improve in all areas of existance. It also means giving up control to things you don't have control over (the past, the future, ANYONE else&#
